BOOKING CONDITIONS 

Payment and Confirmation

All course fees are exempt of VAT.

To book your course, please sent in a completed booking form and appropriate payment.

Payment of the course fee in full is required to confirm any booking.

Cheques should be made payable to 'Active Sea School' and sent to:

Active Sea School, 71 Folkestone Road, Dover, Kent, CT17 9RZ.

Cheque payments - your booking will not be confirmed until your cheque clears (please allow up to 15 days).

When cleared you will receive confirmation receipt by email or post.

Cash - call into the office, and on payment you will receive confirmation receipt.
 

Cancellations

All cancellations must be in writing.

Less than one week notice of cancellation, 80 per cent of your course fee is retained.

If you cancel more than one week before the start of your course, £10 administration fee is retained from the course fee paid and remainder is refunded.

Course bookings may only be transferred up to one week prior to the commencement of your original course start date. This is subject to course availability and a £10 administration fee.

Every attempt will be made to ensure your course actually runs. However, Active Sea School reserves the right to cancel a course at anytime where it believes on reasonable grounds that cancellation is necessary.

Active Sea School reserves the right to cancel a course at anytime where numbers failed to reach a workable minimum (normally 4 students).

Where a course has to be cancelled, we can offer clients the following options:
A full refund of the course fee paid, or an alternative course on a different date/set of dates.
